Growing and nurturing plants has been viewed as a mindfulness and emotional wellness activity for generations. Being outside, tending to something living and watching it grow is a healing practice and gift many people take part in and enjoy all over the world.

Last thing to keep in mind is to make sure you choose a plant that is good for the climate, soil and sun/shade of your space. Just like human life, every plant has different needs for optimal growth. Choosing the right plant for your environment is just as important as you choosing the right environment. If space fits the plant’s needs, the plant is more likely to thrive. Just like humans, we thrive when our needs are met!
