Services to help you thrive

In-office sessions

In-office sessions allow you to step away from your day-to-day life and enter into a calming space where you can solely focus on the healing, processing and discovering, which is unique and special in the therapeutic environment.

virtual sessions

Virtual sessions give you the wonderful opportunity to access therapy anywhere in the state of Missouri! You can be in your home, office space or at the park during your lunch break. As long as you have a confidential space you can attend your therapy appointment without having to take the time, or hassle, to drive in for an appointment.

Payment for Services

I am in network with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, United Healthcare/UMR/Optum Behavioral Health, and Cigna.

The private pay amount is $125 for the initial intake session and 55-minute therapy sessions. In accordance with the No Surprises Act, a good faith estimate will be provided prior to first session to outline cost of services for private pay clients.

Payment is due at time of service and I accept Credit/Debit/HRA/FSA cards, cash and checks. You will be required to have a credit card on file for session payments, missed appointment fees without a 24-hour notice or returned checks.

How Insurance Works

Insurance companies require a medical diagnosis for billing, this is true for any therapist you work with. This diagnosis will be shared and kept on file with your insurance company.

Insurance companies require treatment plans and information from therapy case notes to justify payment for services. I will write limited information in my notes, however, I will be required to submit documentation to your insurance company which justifies services.

I will verify your insurance benefits prior to your first session and will contact you regarding what your fees will be through your health insurance.

If your insurance requires a deductible to be met, you will be responsible for the full cost of services (at the insurance contracted rate) until your deductible is satisfied.

If your insurance declines to reimburse for services, you will be responsible for the full cost of services at the insurances’s contracted rate.
